These are integrative PACE program for low-income high-needs elderly patients in Boston.

She founded and runs the North Shore Wellness Network, a group to support wellness practitioners who live and work on the north shore of Boston. In her private practice she enjoys working collaboratively with physical therapists, chiropractors, nutritionists, herbalists and mental health therapists, (among many more). She runs an online program in collaboration with other health practitioners called Radiant Pregnancy Program to offer holistic support to expecting moms. Zoe has experienced much success working with pain, insomnia, chronic illness, anxiety & depression, fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum. Zoe has done extensive continuing education and additional training in fertility, pregnancy and pediatrics. She is also licensed to prescribe Chinese herbs for a wide range of conditions.
Zoe is a certified teacher of mindfulness and meditation and has completed training in qi gong and yin yoga. She leads the Seaside Meditation Circle which meets weekly virtually and teaches workshops that combine movement, yoga, acupuncture, meditation and bodywork. Throughout the year she offers virtual meditation programs and retreats like the Path to Presence Retreat which aims to help folks build a consistent meditation practice. Meditation and facilitating guided relaxations once needles have been inserted has become a unique part of Zoe’s treatments.
She is a certified practitioner of Shiatsu, which she began studying in Japan in 2006. Her close understanding of Japanese culture greatly informs her practice. While living and studying in Japan over the course of 13 years, Zoe began her Shiatsu training in Tokyo at the Kimura Shiatsu Institute. Studying Zen Shiatsu, she developed an appreciation of the stillness and empty space where deep healing takes place. She worked as a translator for some Japanese acupuncture conferences in Australia and thus her interests and practice began to shift from bodywork to acupuncture and herbal medicine. Her unique treatments help restore balance and resiliency, releasing your body's innate capacity for healing.
Zoe is also a papermaking artist, poet and a mother, who has a love of nature, swimming, walking, cooking and travel. She lived and traveled overseas for 13 years and completed her undergraduate degree in linguistics, Japanese and Chinese at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. She moved to Marblehead in 2017 and is passionate about providing holistic health care for all ages to the community on the north shore.
